XLB Training focuses on three main areas of development to maximize our athletes potential. The areas we develop are speed/strength, baseball specific skills and awareness of healthy recovery habits.

Amazing 🤩 place to come play baseball ⚾️ ! I think it’s awesome that you can free play or have a coach to help you out and everyone is very friendly and kind definitely recommend if you have kids who love to play baseball or if you just want to come hit in the cages

Im not exactly sure what I enjoy most about the place… could be the online scheduling it could also be the willingness of the coaches to actually tolerate my “Dading” but as a parent all you want is for your kid to have a great experience and learn… my 7 year old has been here since about January and we had been other places before here and this is not a knock on them but this place will undoubtedly become the premiere training facility in the area! -During Season parents will book all the slots in an effort to improve the performance of their children quickly and that simply is a tough ask for any child and coach. However this is the place to bring your kid if you want them to learn. Book as many slots as you can at once!!! Tell people about the place after you book ALL of your slots LOL… -I personally have ZERO desire for my kid to play pro anything but the lessons taught in sports undoubtedly translate into everyday life… and you learn these lessons through REPETITION and adversity… but if you kind of stink you’ll never love the sport… get your kid some training, pay them in Pokémon cards and after awhile you won’t have to pay anymore … This is a gem of a find… when I came in I met with Sky and she was so cool, gave me a tour gave me info that I needed and helped me make an informed decision regarding scheduling. I’ll say that there’s a room full of Ryan’s here( everyone is named Ryan like seriously LOL) but I’m grateful for them. Good place to get your little slugger or older slugger some necessary improvements and confidence. I saw an IMMEDIATE application of a taught technic in a game right after the training…

Coach Ryan Lamb was phenomenal. He worked with my son Julius, and i saw instant results. Some tweaks made a whole difference. Not only does he teach you the proper swing, he taught my child how to recognize what he did wrong in his swing if there was a mis hit. He is such a great teacher, and well worth every penny. XLB training is what im looking for. Professional teaching to help my son reach the next level. His confidence was thru the roof after his session, and can’t wait to see him perform at his playoff game. Thank you Coach Ryan Lamb and all of XLB, truly amazing.

XLB is a top notch facility in Boynton Beach. The trainers have been instrumental to my son’s baseball and my daughter’s cheerleading development. I recommend to anyone who is interested in taking your kids to the next level in their athletic endeavors.

Ryan Lamb

Ryan was born in Brooksville, Fla. on October 11, 1988, where he grew up with a love for sports and has always been determined to find a way to positively influence other athletes. After becoming a three-sport varsity athlete in high school, he chose to pursue this dream by attending Florida State University where he would later graduate with a Bachelor Degree in Sport Management.

During his time at Florida State he was able work with Next Level Professional Baseball Training. At Next Level he coached baseball camps, clinics, multiple summer teams as well as contributed to the sales and marketing of the company. While in college he was also working with Titus Sports Academy by training athletes of all ages and sports backgrounds. This has helped enable him to actively develop a clear understanding of the necessary tools needed for athletes to compete at the collegiate and professional levels.

After graduating college, Ryan was able to work along side the General Manager of the World Series Champion Utica Brewers of the New York Collegiate Baseball League. It was with the Brewers where he learned what it took to create a winning organization with a professional lass. After their championship run in the NYCBL, Ryan would find himself with a new opportunity to help build something special back in his home state of Florida.

The South Florida Collegiate League was a fresh new face in collegiate summer ball and needed some more championship pedigree going into its third fully operational season. In 2015, Ryan was able to purchase a team in the SFCBL and introduced a new organization named the West Boca Snappers. The Snappers have since made the playoffs sever years in a row becoming the only organization to win the Championship three years in a row from 2019-2020. Ryan was able to build championship teams who were ranked in the top 15 Nationally and have had multiple players go on to sign professional contracts to play for MLB teams.

Ryan had a vision to take these professional resources and offer them to the local youth players in Palm Beach County. In 2015, he would form XLB Training to do just that. XLB Training is recognized as the top youth organization in Palm Beach County for player development. He has been able to help improve athletes on and off the field to enable them to reach their goals in life. Ryan works with individual athletes to develop their hitting, pitching and defensive skills. He has coached four different youth teams ranging from 9U-13U as well as worked on the Spanish River High staff as an assistant in 2020-

Ryley Maceachern

Born in Saugus, Mass. on May 27, 1994, Ryley grew up playing ball in the Northeast United States. He would graduate from Salisbury High School in Connecticut where he was a four-year varsity athlete and led his baseball team on the mound. During his time in high school he would play for the prestigious East Cobb Braves at major tournaments.

After his senior year of High School Maceachern was drafted by the Phillies in the 37th round. His decision was to attend Stony Brook University to play Division 1 baseball at a top program in the country. In the summer, Ryley was able to play in the Cape Cod League as a Sophomore with the YD Red Sox. While attending Stony Brook he studied Sociology but would not finish his degree as the Marlins would take him in the draft three years later in the 33rd round. He would play professionally with the Marlins Organization for three years while battling injury.

After this professional stint, Ryley knew his love for coaching and helping other players was where his future would take him. Directly after his release he began working with the South Florida Collegiate League as a pitching specialist. After one summer of doing so he began making a name for himself and has helped 20+ guys get to Division 1 schools to play baseball. He also led the West Boca Snappers as the Head Coach to back to back SFCBL Championships helping the team to become the only team in league history to three
peat.

Ryley has been working with XLB Training since 2019 as the Head of Player Development and Pitching Coordinator. Ryley has been able to lead his XLB teams to multiple tournament championships during his time with the organization. He has also helped develop multiple pitchers to get prominent roles at their High Schools as well as earn college scholarships.

Ryley now resides in North Palm Beach and will look to continue building championship teams with the XLB Organization.

 

Justin Sizemore

Justin was born in Norfolk, VA but was raised in Green Bay, WI. As a high school athlete, he played soccer, basketball, and baseball. Emerging as a standout high school catcher, he relocated to South Florida to start his collegiate career at Division II Palm Beach Atlantic University located in West Palm Beach, FL. Sizemore played all 4 years for the Fish (2008-2012), two of which were under the helm of Hall-of-Fame catcher Gary Carter. He ended his career hitting .363 amassing 2nd Team Independent All-American honors.

Justin comes to XLB with over a decade of collegiate coaching experience as well as a full year of player development in the private sector. Sizemore began his coaching career immediately after concluding his playing career. He spent 9 seasons at his alma mater Palm Beach Atlantic (Sunshine State Conference) assisting in all areas of NCAA DII coaching responsibilities; including recruiting, academics, and all on-field development. After his stint with PBA, Sizemore took an assistant role in North Carolina at Division I Gardner-Webb University, a member of the Big South Conference. While at The Webb, Sizemore’s responsibilities included all on-campus event coordination as-well-as the role of catching coordinator. Concluding his time at GWU, Sizemore moved to Fort Myers, FL. In Fort Myers he worked as a Hitting and Catching Instructor at Evolve Baseball, working with clients from all skill levels.

Throughout his time coaching, Sizemore has assisted with other programs. Justin has spent time as the Head Coach of 3 travel programs, the Boca Thunder (2013-2015), Phipps Park Barracudas (2020), and the South Florida Anglers (2021). He has also been the field manager for the Phipps Park Barracudas, a member of the South Florida Collegiate League from 2019 to 2023.
Aside from baseball, Justin graduated with a degree in Graphic Arts. He is also the owner/operator of Dece Creative (founded 2019), a creative services company specializing in graphic design, apparel printing, and promotional products.

Off the field, Justin enjoys spending time with his family and close friends. Justin and his wife Olivia attend Family Church in West Palm and just welcomed their first daughter Eden in July of 2023.

Constance Quinn

Constance Quinn is a native of Hattiesburg Mississippi. She graduated from Oak Grove High School in 2013.

Former Louisiana State University student-athlete with a full-ride softball scholarship from 2014-2017. Being a three-year starter, she was an integral part of the teams that played for two consecutive SEC championships and in three straight Women’s College World Series from 2015 to 2017. During her junior year at LSU, she also had the unique opportunity to play basketball for a semester while also balancing her softball career.

The passion Constance has for motivating athletes to surpass their limitations motivated her to become a coach. She was an assistant basketball coach at Oak Grove High School between 2018 and 2019, and between 2020 and 2022, she coached at D1 Training in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. In her first year as head coach of a DI Vision 18U National Softball Team, she led the team to a championship title. She has served as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Pearl River Community College Softball Team for four years.

Through pushing my athletes and inspiring a mentality of perseverance and starvation for greatness, I fulfill my purpose.
