Our Program Provides Professional Training To Athletes At All Levels

At XLB Training we provide a personalized training program with an emphasis on recovery to develop each athlete’s specific needs. Our program offers competitive travel teams, Camps, Training sessions, Pitching and hitting clinics, and Strength training. As an organization we encourage positive life skills through the sport of baseball.

Membership Opportunities

ALL PACKAGES INCLUDE FOUR PRIVATE SESSIONS

All training membership packages include the rental of the space along with the instructor of your choice. One on one instruction for the allotted time with Rapsodo or Hittrax and video analysis. Each member will also receive a personalized program to include their own pre and post routines to be done each session before and after the lesson.

Level One:
30 Minute
