All training membership packages include the rental of the space along with the instructor of your choice. One on one instruction for the allotted time with Rapsodo or Hittrax and video analysis. Each member will also receive a personalized program to include their own pre and post routines to be done each session before and after the lesson.

Our Program Provides Professional Training To Athletes At All Levels
The XLB Training methods provide a personalized training program with an emphasis on recovery to develop each athlete’s specific needs. Our program offers competitive travel teams at all ages that promote in game learning experiences making them better on and off the field. As an organization we are encouraging positive life skills through the sport of baseball.
Personalized Evaluation
Athlete's will then be given their own individualized program.
Pre Activation Program
XLB designed a program to introduce athletes to the beginning concept of the training.
Individual & Small Groups
We always have our Trackman and HD video capturing data during sessions.
Rapsodo & Video Analysis
Athletes are fully aware of everything about their mechanics and improvements.
Speed/Strength Training
Functional movement tests which check their strength and speed.
Post Recovery Program
Adopting a combination of recovery aids, along with a post recovery workout.
